Federal Student Aid & The Common Application:

 

ARC Dual Enrollment: Deadline for Spring 2025 classes is November 15, 2024. 

  • Take college level classes as a high school student.
  • Receive College AND high school credit for completion of dual enrollment classes. 
  • College units are worth more than a high school credits, finish classes in a shorter time.

Scholarships: 

Choices Charter School Scholarship Opportunities:

Choices Continuing Education Scholarship Criteria: $1000

  • Student enrolled for at least one semester at CCS.
  • Student has a minimum of a 2.5 GPA OR has shown substantial academic improvement while attending CCS.
  • Student will be attending a 4 year University, Community College or Vocational school or has already been accepted to one.
  • Student has a financial need that could prevent them from pursuing a higher education.
  • Student demonstrates academic honesty, strong character/morals, and is personable.
  • Application  and video required.

Marie Pflugrath Exemplary Student Award Scholarship Criteria: $1500 

  • Student enrolled for at least 2 years at CCS.
  • Student has a 3.5 GPA while attending CCS.
  • Student will attend a 4-year college or university in the fall Student is involved in their community, i.e., Community Service.
  • Student demonstrates academic honesty, strong character/morals, and is personable.
  • Application required.

The Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) is a SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM that provides full tuition and stipends for your students while enjoying a traditional college experience in preparation to serve as a Naval Officer.

NROTC Benefits:

  • Get a full tuition scholarship to the participating Navy ROTC school of your choice.
  • Go on three summer training cruises with Navy surface ships, aviation squadrons and submarines.
  • Use the scholarship money to pay for tuition and fees or room and board.
  • Receive a $250 monthly stipend that increases throughout the collegiate years.
  • Choose from a wide range of career options, like nursing, aviation, surface warfare, submarine warfare and special warfare.
  • Enjoy a traditional college experience while preparing to serve as a Naval Officer.
  • Travel the world with purpose upon graduation while leading a team as an Officer.
